The design of the Astra Industrial Group headquarters in Riyadh fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation, creating an environment that enhances productivity. Prioritizing employee well-being, the open-plan layout features flexible hot desks alongside private meeting spaces to balance connectivity with confidentiality. A vibrant and dynamic color palette energizes the workspace, promoting a positive and inspiring atmosphere.
My role in this project within Daldesign team encompassed the design and visualization of the headquarters, ensuring the conceptual vision aligned with the client’s objectives. I was also responsible for preparing the design development submittal and tender documents, ensuring all project specifications were clearly and accurately communicated. Additionally, I coordinated closely with various disciplines, including MEP consultants and quantity surveyors, to ensure seamless integration of technical requirements and maintain alignment across all project aspects.
